Raw Materials:
Chicken eggs.

Production process:
by spray drying.

Application:
Pastries, cookies, cakes.
Noodles, noodles.

Other applications - for the production of cosmetics.

Reconstitution:
To one part of powder add 1.30 parts of water to obtain 2.30 parts of liquid egg yolk (one kilogram of a liquid yolk powder equivalent to approx. 115 eggs).
For convenience, you can mix the egg yolk powder with other powdered ingredients before reconstitution.
